We are delighted you are interested in a place for your child at Little Seeds Academy.

The registration process is relatively straightforward, but there are some key stages to be aware of, as outlined below.

1. Enquiry & School Tour

Enquire about available space & Visit Us:
Families are encouraged to visit Little Seeds Academy to view our facilities. Please note that the viewings are not compulsory.

  • Schedule a tour by calling us at 060 390 5197 or emailing enrol@seedsacademy.co.za.
  • During the visit, we’ll answer any questions about our programs, curriculum, and policies.
  • 2. Submit an Application

    Complete the Application Form:

  • Fill out the Enrolment Application Form (available online or at our office).
  • Attach all required supporting documents:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Immunisation Card
  • Recent Passport-Size Photo of the Child
  • Copies of Both Parents’/Guardians’ ID Documents
  • Submit Your Application:

  • Email your completed application to enrol@seedsacademy.co.za, or Submit it in person at our school office.
  • 3. Application Review

    Our admissions team will carefully review your application and supporting documents to ensure all requirements are met.

    4. Acceptance Notification

    Admission Confirmation:
    Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email or phone.

    5. Payment of Registration Fees

    Secure Your Child’s Spot:
    To confirm your child’s enrolment, you must:

  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee
  • Provide proof of payment to accounts@seedsacademy.co.za.
  • 6. Child Starts

    Your child’s can start school on the date communicated on the form.

    Important Notes

    1. Age Requirements:

    Children must meet the age requirement for their respective class as of January when school begins.

    2. Fees:

    • Registration Fee: Non-refundable
    • First Month’s Fee: Payable before the start date
    • The child’s space will be reserved for up to 30 days from the start date specified on the application form. If the child does not begin attendance by the end of this extended period, the registration fee will be forfeited. The new registration amount must be paid to secure the space again, subject to availability.

    3. Waitlist:

    • If classes are full, your child’s name will be added to the waitlist, and we will notify you when a spot becomes available
